1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the kiara32 website available at kiara32.org, you agree to be fully bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first use our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use kiara32 services. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those amendments.

2. Member Eligibility

To register as a kiara32 member and use our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list set by the relevant authorities.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of or representing any third party.
• Not be in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process.

kiara32 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This process may include a request for a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address documents or other relevant additional information to ensure compliance with member eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at kiara32. Registering more than one account by the same person — whether using a different name, email address, mobile number or payment details — is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and current. The name registered must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for financial transactions on our platform. Any mismatch may cause delays in withdrawal processing.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. kiara32 will never ask for your password through any channel including email, live chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

kiara32 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all available payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after a request is submitted and verified by our team. This time may vary depending on technical factors and system load at the time.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

kiara32 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals or in situations where there is unusual activity on an account. This is a standard security measure to protect our members.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kiara32 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit for new members, up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. As another example: a deposit of RM3,200 will give a bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Programme

kiara32 members can join the VIP programme, which has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. Progression to a higher tier depends on consistent betting activity.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who meet the stated requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• kiara32 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in account suspension and cancellation of the bonus.

6. Game Rules

All games available at kiara32 — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, and casino games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo — are subject to the specific rules of each respective game. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

kiara32 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) and works with internationally licensed game providers to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round. The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is determined by the respective game provider and may vary.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiara32 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance and, where applicable, legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots or any scripts to interfere with or manipulate games.
• Cooperation between two or more members to exploit the system or gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Attempts to process illicit funds or use the platform as a means of money laundering.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or evade restrictions.
• Use of credit cards, bank accounts or e-wallets that do not belong to you personally for financial transactions on the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, attack or disrupt the technical infrastructure of kiara32.
• Spreading false or misleading information about kiara32 to other users.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

kiara32 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions. Conversely, members may also request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team.

If your account is terminated due to a breach, kiara32 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements. Valid cash balance (unrelated to the breached bonus) will be returned in accordance with the established procedure once the investigation is complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

kiara32 provides the online gambling platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the service. We are not liable for:

• Technical disruptions or temporary outages beyond our control, including internet disruptions, service provider outages or system failures.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Loss of opportunity or unrealised profits resulting from technical disruptions.
• Acts or omissions of third parties beyond the operational control of kiara32.

The maximum liability of kiara32 under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member into their account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kiara32 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations.

Continued use of the kiara32 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current applicable terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

kiara32 operates under international licensing and complies with the relevant licensing requirements. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
